Preamble to the RHA Constitution

We, the students of the Indiana University Residence Halls, in order to more effectively represent ourselves to the University and the community, to improve our academic and social environments, to build community within the Residence Halls, and to advocate on behalf of the residents, do hereby establish this constitution for the students of the Indiana University Residence Halls.
